Company’s Rights

The company reserves the right to cancel or amend your booking at any point of time, without providing reasons. Such changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation or amendment, our team will make every effort to book alternate accommodations for you, contingent upon confirming the new dates with you. However, please note that the company shall not be liable for any compensation, damages, expenses, or business losses incurred as a result of such cancellations or amendments.

Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel the tour package you have booked, you must notify us in writing via email or call us at +91 7428778221. Your cancellation will only be recognized once our company has received and acknowledged your email.

Cancellation Charges:

– Cancellation fees will be enforced no matter the reason for the cancellation, which includes situations like medical emergencies or pregnancy. You understand that these fees are reasonable estimates of the losses the company would face as a result of your cancellation.

– For group bookings, cancellation by one member may increase costs for the entire group. Consequently, higher cancellation charges apply in this scenario to compensate for the loss that the company incurs from the remaining members of the group.

Understanding Your Obligations

You agree to pay the cancellation charges without dispute, acknowledging these terms were explained to you when finalizing your itinerary.

– 100% Cancellation Charges:

– If your tour is 100% confirmed and subsequently cancelled, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
